Son & Park Beauty Water Review

This I got as a gift from my sister. It is the Son & Park Beauty Water toner ~ a multi-tasking toner and cleansing water that has quickly become a cult favorite, as well as a 2015 Soko Glam Beauty Award Winner! It promises creating a clean base for the next steps in your skincare and makeup routine. Originally created by master artists, Son & Park, Beauty Water lives up to its name.

The Beauty Water, apart from being a cleanser, is not just the ordinary toner as it mildly exfoliates skin. Enriched with willow bark and papaya extract to help sweep away dead skin cells, revealing brighter skin tone and smoother texture. Lavender water, rose water, and orange fruit extract impart a subtle hydration so your skin can be prepped to absorb the next skin care steps, while adding in a bit of moisture.

Beauty Water can be used in the morning to create the perfect canvas for makeup application, midday as a refresher, and night after cleansing to whisk away remaining impurities. For normal, oily, dry, and combination skin types. Beauty Water has a pH of 4.5, effectively resetting the skin's natural pH after cleansing.

The bottle I got is in a 16.9 fl oz / 500 ml so it's too big for me. What I do is to put a bit in my spray bottle for convenient use and perfect for travel too. it is really like water once applied and just need to moisten a pad or tap it in the entire face until it's absorbed.

Most reviews state that the beauty water is totally in a holy grail status! Using it for days now, it gives a bright, hydrated, and healthy skin.

To use, moisten a cotton pad and gently sweep across the face. Beauty Water is ideal:

- As a toner before application of the rest of your skin care products
- To remove remaining impurities after cleansing
- As a way to freshen up your face during the day
- Can also be used like a face mist or spray

Tony Moly Luminous Goddess Aura BB Cream Review

I have been interested in this BB cream from Tony Moly as I was using a different brand before and I saw one in Althea when we were trying to get another box.

So, I ordered their Luminous Goddess Aura BB Cream and was excited to see how it goes. Only a week and the box arrived. Althea is pretty fast and efficient as always.

I haven't had enough time to look for BB creams elsewhere because of hectic work schedule lately and apart from using a different brand, I ran out of BB cream before I realized it. Still, I was not disappointed with this new one. 

The packaging is different from the past years as it comes in a black and white tube now. I remember they had this in a white and pink packaging.

I think I like it now as it looks simple yet chic.

Since I am a fan of dewy skin, I love how this BB cream works. If you have oily skin, it may not be the best BB cream for you. 

So far, I only apply once in the morning and only dab a bit of powder for the entire day. Then I use a mist in the middle of the day to appear dewy again and fresh. I stay all day in the office so I prefer a dewy finish throughout the day.

Cathy Doll Whitening Sunscreen Review

It's time to bring out the sunscreens and sunblocks to protect our skin from the harmful rays be it summer or not. Living in a tropical country like ours, this is always a must

I'm going to share my insights with this cute sunscreen in a tube my sister gave me from a blog surprise.

This is the Cathy Doll Whitening Sunscreen. A korean product, it has L-glutathione magic cream PA+++. It says it got the cool water splash technology with 5 key benefits.

Does not contain parabens and it expires 24 months after opening. A tube contains 60ml of product.

At first, you get the creamy water drop and there is a brightening effect afterwards. I can say it gives a cool feel on my skin after applying it. It has that menthol to ward of the sun's heat and give your skin an intense cooling sensation. SUPER LIKE!

Use a small amount and pat the face as I noticed a bit of a white cast left if not dried well. Then you can use a cc cream and bb cream after for the finished look.

I also use a fair amount for my arms and legs and spread it just enough as the texture is a bit thick and oily but watery.

Purederm MakeUp Remover Cleansing Towelettes Review

My sister has a lot of blogging products and she gave these to me. I am using a different brand of cleansing sheets / make up sheet remover. These are new to me and so I used them right away.

I got two variants: Argan Oil and the Collagen. 

Purederm makeup remover cleansing towelettes are gently and effectively removing face make up without skin irritation. These towlettes are ultra soft and provide a complex blend of Argan oil / Collagen, Vitamin E, Green Tea and Aloe Vera to gently cleanse, tone and resurface skin texture.

I use it after washing my face with warm water and facial wash to remove excess dirt and oil. It feels smooth and has a nice scent to the skin. So far, my skin did not react or got irritated after using a pack of the Argan Oil cleanser. 

I just think the scent is too strong and I can sense the alcohol in it. But the scent is nice, just too strong though. Water is the top ingredient and alcohol is next. Still, it is a very effective moisturizer too. 

A pack costs 99 PHP and available in drugstores or any Watsons nationwide. I'd say it is a must buy for the price with 30 sheets and enough to clean a whole face plus neck. Perfect for travel too as it is just small and has a nice dainty packaging. ^^

I can say it was the biggest as a start of 2017 kpop concerts produced by Pulp Live World and Ms Happee Sy-Go + Happee Hour for us kpop fans.

I was so happy and excited to go ~ I bought my own tickets (I got the seats next after VIP seated ^_^) and went to see EXO again! I watched the concert alone like last time! As usual, PULP and Happee will never disappoint their fans as the great production to produce the EXO concert for EXO-L Philippine fans.

Fans got excited when EXO arrived a day before their concert but it was announced too that Lay, another Chinese member, will not be attending as he has another schedule back in China. It was the same last year - no Lay as well. I was a bit sad because I myself is an avid fan of Yixing and he has not attended both years' Manila tours. 

They opened the stage with the opening VCR and MAMA followed by Monster and Wolf. The boys' awesome and high notes were really flawless and the energy was so great!

Ugh. It was sad to hear the last ment and last song~~~ aigoo.. but the concert was totally worth the three hours of dancing and singing with EXO and the fans. The light sabres were fantastic, the EXO light sticks light up the entire coliseum with their silver glow and my body ached after that night. My seat price was totally worth it! 

2 days of Exo concerts in Manila was definitely perfect. EXO enjoyed their concerts as well. The passionate fans and the wonderful support of the production and sponsors also made everything awesome!

The boys said they will return and of course, we will see them next year! Thank you so much to PULP Live World and Happee Hour for a wonderful and ever supportive production to their fans as always. Next step is #iponing again for the next kpop concert! (^_~)
