I'm just here for a random blog about SS5 MANILA Updates. Let me spread the news about the latest fan projects we will be offering our boys.

Since Im a huge Leeteuk lover, i know he's not here, but we will be waiting for him. I know we miss him already. Hence, our fan project for him. Please see the info about our leader's support project. Also, there are the banners to be given away at the specified part of MOA Arena so go get them once you're there!~

For now, these are also sent to the concert organizer Ms Happee. Take note these are only few out of the other fan projects proposed so there will be a lot more coming. Let's watch out for it!

And let's try to file the sample setlist they have for ss5 Seoul. List all songs, arrange them and put them in a folder, so you can loop it in your mp3 and play it wherever to practice the songs and fan chants until the concert day. So you'll know after the song, what's the next fan project and fan chant is. Like what I did. kkkk~

#SS5MANILA ~ This is it!!! The countdown to the Supershow begins!

I blogged last time about preparing for the greatest show on earth, right?! So the details are out!!!!

This will mark the group's 3rd time in the Philippines! That's after we witnessed Supershow 2 and Supershow 3 in the big dome. Now, it has a new home. Supershow 5 will be held in the Mall of Asia Arena.

I had my kpop experience before in MOA Arena and 'twas not a good one, really. But I am still hoping that this time, MOA Arena will not fail in handling this event. Well, I am super confident w/ PULP Live World and our kpop fairy Happee Sy-Go will make this perfect. 

Ticket selling date: Sept. 6, yesterday!!!! So, I was online since morning and my bff's parents were the ones falling in line to buy our tickets. ~gamsahamnida!!!! ^_~ But SM Megamall, was epic fail with one of their cinemas. So at 10 AM, when all SM tickets in SM cinemas nationwide opened, i thought it was the end. It's already 5-10 minutes when everyone was holding their tickets but my bff's mom's booth still unopened and not ready! **hassle!**

Finally, after 20 minutes, we were able to purchase our SS5 tickets, not to mention that at that exact time, my bff and I were checking the SM Tickets website and also talking to her mom. At the same time talking or rather scolding the SM tickets staff for not doing her job properly. Whew!

I know~~ SM Tickets online thing is super slow and not helpful during the ticket release time, but still I am thankful we got better seats. These are not our preferred seats though and not at the very least one of our options, but oh well!~ these are still good seats i'd say!

What's so perfect was 30 minutes only or less after 10 AM of ticket release, almost all sections of lower boxes (especially A) and upper boxes were sold out! ELFs, really,, we are daebak! Amazing!!!!~

And so, after purchasing our tickets, next step is the E-Plus commemorative card SM is promoting. A souvenir card with Super Junior on it! That will be available and claimed on Oct 1 onwards.

슈퍼 주니어 슈퍼 쇼 5 - SUPERSHOW 5

This is it!!!! Supershow 5!!! Are you ready Manila?????!!!! I know how this feels!

I know our angel leader Leeteuk and turtle belter Yesung are still in the army but we still have our boys and Super Junior M members Henry and Zhoumi plus it's Kangin's first time here in Manila for a Supershow after his military service. Not to mention Heechul going out of the army service next week 30th of August! Whew!~ So this is it!!!! ♥♥♥ ~spazzin' again!!!

Happee Sy announced today that Supershow 5 in Manila will be stormin' our way this October 24, 2013. So I know Philippine ELFs are all ready to witness the greatest show of hallyu!

Korean Series 2013

Aside from being a kpop fan, I am a certified k-drama girl. ^_~ So I checked out the latest Korean series I’ve watched and reviewed at the start of this year.

I know I watched this a month later after it was aired in South Korea but I love Park Sihoo and Im a confessed Moon Geun Young fan so I downloaded the whole series. 

Cheongdamdong Alice

Check out Moon Geun Young as she plays a social climber in Cheongdamdong, one of Seoul’s richest districts. Also starring stars So Yi-hyun who plays the role of Geun Young's ‘frenemy' and Kim Ji-seok as a matchmaker. This series is one of my top for this year, with all the fashion trends and social life running in Seoul. Park Si-hoo is always a plus. So cute! The story is also very heartwarming. No to sad endings!

School 2013 talks about the struggles of high school students in mid-section and how they live their lives as such, friendship and family are part of the main story too. I love how they came up with the modern school lifestyle plus their uniforms…. ^_^

I know you’ll love Lee Jong-seok and Kim Woobin if they’re your classmates. Also starring Daniel Choi and Jang Nara as part of the faculty.

Dating Cyrano Agency was made into series, from the hit movie of the same title (with Park Shinye), and starred Choi Sooyoung of Girl’s Generation.

This series proved to me that Sooyoung really can act and I know she’ll get into another drama soon. They have an agency playing detectives to clients who want to match w/ their prospects. Also starring cute and hot detectives (just sayin’ as a warning hehehe) Lee Jong-hyuk and Lee chun-hee. 

Gu Family book is my top series so far. This just ended it's airing on Seoul last month. First, it’s Lee Seung-gi, Next, it’s Choi Jin-hyuk and last it’s Lee Seung-gi. Ha ha ha! Told you, Im with Seung-gi. Also starring Suzy of Miss A and Lee Yeon Hee, this story is about an eternal love story between a human and a gumiho and how love conquered all. See how mystery unfolds and how their ending will be…. Just see. I am a big fan of Seo-Hwa and Wol Ryung's love story too (played by Lee Yeon Hee and Choi Jin Hyuk). I really recommend this series. I was uber affected with its storyline in 24 episodes.

So far for all the k-series I’ve watched. Here’s what’s next on my list: 

Monstar – starring Ha Yeon-soo playing as a transfer student from New Zealand and being part of the circle of musically inclined students along w/ her love line between the two school heartthrobs, Yong Jun-hyun (Beast) and Kang Ha-neul.

I Hear Your Voice – starring Lee Bo-young, playing the lead role as a lawyer and Lee Jong-seok who mysteriously hears voices in his head. I am anticipating what happens in this series. This is the second Lee Jong-seok series I'll be watching.

These last two series just ended airing in Seoul but it’s not yet late… and Im gonna check them out now. =)

Epic Kpop Shows Soon!~

2013 is definitely a kpop year for a fangirl like me. From the start of this year, it has been addictive and nostalgic that even I want to see more.

So here's a few to look forward to. And I know it's more epic!!! It's just seldom that these hallyu stars will visit us here. ^_~

First, this month we have Alex, fomer U-KISS member and now a solo performer, singer and rapper who will not just hold an exclusive fanmeet on July 27 but will also guest in the 4th KFEST we kpoppers have been attending every year at SM Megamall Megatrade Hall 2 and 3 on July 28, 2013.

So for all KissMePh and more specifically Alexander / Xander fans out there, check out the ticket details and don't miss Alex's fan party!!!~

Then after a month, get ready on Sept 7 for a one night KPOP Republic event! What can you ask for when you have 3 kpop acts in one stage? Let's go and watch Dalshabet, EXO-K and SHINee!!!~ Ticket release date not yet announced but let's watch out! 

I am excited for this because I love all three but I am a big fan of SHINee the most!~ Hello, my fellow Shawols!! Now I can see Jonghyun and Onew perform in front of me in the big dome! Woah!~ Plus, EXO-K!!!!~♥ *faints*

The PULP Asian Music Special ~ CNBLUE's First Step in Manila

I know. I know. It has been two weeks now. But let's relive the moments we enjoyed CNBLUE here in Manila. That's what I'm sayin' let's get a copy of our own PULP mag!
PULP released their June edition with CNBLUE stuff introduction inside of course plus the fab photos of our boys. Another kpop bonus feature is FT Island, another kpop band and also under the same entertainment agency (FNC Entertainment) as CNBLUE.

I hope PULP will release a CNBLUE special edition magazine too, you know, all those write ups covered from their airport arrival, presscon and the concert itself (with bonus photos as memorabilias please…..) he he he. ^^) That would be a memorable Boice collector item.

CNBLUE Blue Moon Tour in Manila ~ A Fangirl Wish Come True

Blue Moon. I want to write this the same time that the concert started last Saturday night at the Big Dome. Yah, how dramatic! I know.

But the nostalgic feeling is still there so this needs to keep me going. ^^~

I am now playing the CNBLUE Blue Night Concert in Seoul while writing this, for some major reason, it keeps me inspired. ^_~

Being a fan might not describe how I really felt, the need to protect their name and endless rumors while they’re on their way to the top, I felt it is about time I should be one of the official Boice. So me and my sister (jjang!) registered as an official Boice / members of the CNBLUE fanclub.

It started with watching ‘You’re Beautiful’ when I get hooked (almost all the time) to the series’ second lead (‘cause they’re always the pretty but the lost ones in the game) and I knew I liked him. Jung YongHwa (leader, lead vocals and rhythm guitar) got me curious when I searched he’s part of the CNBLUE band. He can sing and yes, he can really SING! He has a very endearing voice and a topnotch as well, cause his husky and edgy voice is what a rocker should have. And that started me searching for the rest. Lee Jonghyun (lead guitar and vocals), also starred in ‘A Gentleman’s Dignity’ late last year and has a great potential. And boy, he really is a guitar freak. Watching their shows and live performances moved me that this guy loves his music. Kang Minhyuk (drummer and vocals) is super cute and got me hooked in his character in ‘Heartstrings’ and so I love him. He really has the magic when he smiles and slams those drumsticks away. Maknae Lee Jungshin (bass guitar and vocals) is the band’s rapper as well and soul. Oh for me, well, he has a very cheerful personality that I love him to bits also! CNBLUE stands for Code Name Blue – Burning (Jonghyun), Lovely (Minhyuk), Untouchable (Jungshin) and Emotional (Yonghwa). Not your typical kpop band, their music has a taste of indie rock, and they bring kpop rock to the core! Thus, they rocked my life then.

Three months ago, Happee Sy - the event organizer, together with PULP Live World showcased the promotion for the band's world tour: CNBLUE: Blue Moon World Tour. Philippines is sooooo lucky we’ve been included in this world tour.

After 2-3 months only of promoting and advertising, VIP and patron tickets were already sold out. Almost all seats were filled so PULP Live World opened the general admission on the concert week itself just to accommodate those curious and also kpop fans who wanna watch our boys.

So I, my sister and her friend (definitely BOICE) already knew we should be there and witness the big event. We want to be near the stage so we bought the patron tickets (since VIP got sold out very fast). My sister was there on the ticket release date and she heard no more VIP center seats anymore. Whew! The power of kpop fandom!

Counting the days was more fun. It's a mixed feeling of nervousness and excitement. Until it is two days left before the concert and one more day before they arrive.

Now the big day! ♥♥♥

Since we have reserved seats, we came all the way from Pampanga to the Big Dome and arrived mid afternoon past three. It’s so nerve-wracking seeing your kpop friends once again (cuz we see each other once in a while on some other kpop events, relate?)… And we can hear the squeals and screams from fangirls all over the place. Fan projects given out to BOICE everywhere and the band’s song playing before gates are opened.

So after we ate our early dinner, we went inside past 6PM. Though the concert starts at 8, we wanna take photos inside and have a good comfortable feeling before dancing and singing and rockin’.

And suddenly, it’s already 8PM, concert starts… and everyone is SCREAAMMINNGG!

It started off w/ a video introducing them and their music, and the four of them are up onstage! Alongside their musical instruments, Yonghwa screamed and started singing!

Oh Im nervous now! The first song is “Where you are’ followed by ‘Get Away’ and ‘One Time’ before they introduced themselves in Tagalog. LOL. That was epic when they say ‘Ako ay Jungshin! Ako ay Jonghyun, Ako ay Minhyuk!’ Lastly, Yong, said ‘Kamusta, ako ay Yonghwa! I love you’ *faints*

Yonghwa also introduced other ballads by saying they will be singing their ‘slow, love songs’ followed by his slow hand waving gestures hihihi - ugh! I really need to include that description cuz I love it!

After singing their ballads ‘Love Light, Feeling (one of my best fave) and Y, Why’ he switched into saying ‘now it’s our rock and roll’ and described it as ‘Dark, Sexy, Metal’ omo omo! I loved how he shouted those three words, he was even half smiling, half smirking -oh! he’s such a dork,,,, whew! (im fainting halfway now)…

Love Light~ this is perfect!~

Yonghwa's screams, Jungshin's rap, Jonghyun's freakin' guitar playing and Minhyuk's spinning his drumsticks are what I have been waiting for on a CNBLUE concert and seeing them perform live is worth the wait for 1248 days.

So the rest of the songs were played and performed so lively, they were so hyper. And they keep speaking Tagalog like ‘kamusta, sabay sabay’ LOL.

One of the highlights of the concert was when Minhyuk, Jungshin and Jonghyun got papers that they read in tagalog, scripted yeah! But super duper cute. Minhyuk was saying ‘wag nio sabihin ang pangalan’ and Jungshin was like ‘kantahin natin siya?’ OMG!~ I almost died. These boys. Jonghyun answered ‘Kantahin natin yun!’ *Hugs* and surprised Yonghwa by singing ‘Happy Birthday’ at the count of three. Everyone in the big dome sang w/ them and Minhyuk even gave the beat w/ his drums. Everyone was wearing the party hats and so does Yonghwa and Minhyuk (their birthdays are both in June). AWESOME! Our leader was surprised even asking ‘what’s the meaning of this…?’ resulting Minhyuk to translate what they have in their scripts. Ha ha ha!

This is the perfect kpop rock concert experience!

They continued singing and screaming w/ all the perfect light effects and fireworks ~OH HELL YEAH~ cuz itz a perfect kpop rock concert for me. The boys sang their other famous songs ‘Im Sorry, Hey You, I’ve Fallen for You, Im a Loner -> to where Yonghwa did not played w/ his guitar but danced to the entire song.

I can say that Jonghyun was really hot when playing that guitar and he’s so puurrrfect! Uhm, super love him! From time to time, MinHyuk would speak and the screaming is endless, this boy’s such a cutie, w/ his muscles hehehe! He even mentioned he likes lechon (yeah) before playing another song. What an insert! When will their cuteness end?!!

Jungshin frequently joins Yonghwa onstage and shares a lot, aside from his rapping skills (I so love him for that too),, he’s so hyper, this boy!~ No wonder my friend loves him, he keeps saying ‘I Love You Manila!’ a lot, even saving Yonghwa when he made a funny mistake saying Singapore instead of Philippines (before singing the Heartstrings OST) but Yonghwa is forgiven. He mentioned he loves Philippines endlessly. I remember another funny moment when Yonghwa was asking the people on the right side to say ‘LOVE LOVE LOVE’ and on the left ‘CLAP CLAP CLAP’ for their song ‘LOVE’. Since everyone is too excited to do so, everyone joins. So Jungshin was like ‘no, this is right and this is left, ok?’ waaahhhh! We were so screaming and I wanna kiss him that moment!!

We enjoyed this concert very much! What was funny was when they said it’s their last song now everyone was like ‘aaawww’ and Jungshin sang ‘Im Sorry~’ hahahaha! So funny even at the end. Their last song was ‘Try Again, Smile Again’ which almost made me cry.  But they said a few times they love it here and they will definitely be coming back. And I believed them.

Thanks CNBLUE for this Blue Moon Tour and for the music. We love you. And we will see you again! Maybe next year! Hopefully. BOICE can wait. LOVE LOVE LOVE! CLAP CLAP CLAP! It was really daebak!~

I stopped counting at 6. ~maybe because I tried myself not to be distracted and be busy. ^_~

And then there’s one day left before they arrive and two days before Blue Moon Manila. So I marked that date and went to the venue where CNBLUE will hold their open press conference – at SM Megamall.

I arrived 10:30 AM and I knew it, for a kpop fan, this is already too late. Why? – the best spots are already taken. Since this is open to everyone, the best thing to do should be very early in the venue. However, I was solo flight fangirling the whole day, so I was able to cope and get a best spot inside. As an experienced (stalker, nope, LOL at that) follower, one of the best ways is to be friendly to others who’s there. In this way, I was able to buy food while my friends were saving my space for me. Thanks!

So the presscon will start at 2pm but fellow BOICE were there as early as 5AM. This is already a given. Its CNBLUE, of course, I can entirely understand. CNBLUE music is playing while fans wait. CNBLUE official merchandise was available too, CDs, official Blue Moon lightstick, CNBLUE Blue moon brochure, PULP magazine June 2013 issue featuring CNBLUE and Blue moon official shirts (by the way, it was confirmed that all their official merch were sold out!) It’s a great thing, BOICE!

At 2PM, Kring Elenzano was the host for the games. She’s one of my favorites because she keeps everyone alert and eager; she hosted kpop events a lot of times and this is, I think my 3^rd time attending an event she hosted. The games were fun because the prizes: what more but a Blue Moon concert ticket. Some of the fans who went there were really after the presscon to see the boys and will not be able to go to the concert so it was really a good thing that they joined and won! Now we can watch the concert together.

With all the fans screaming, you’ll think the entire venue will crash. Ha ha ha!

And then I saw them. OMO! Yonghwa is soooooo handsome in person. LOL. And Jonghyun was so timid but whenever he smiles, it really sweeps you. SWOON! Minhyuk is sooooo adorable and Jungshin, I’ve got this maknae tantrums always, I find him soooo cute. I never thought it was possible to see them this near but PULP Live world and Happee Sy made it happen. Thanks! The official fanclub CNBLUE PH too, kudos to them for doing a great job!

There were few times before CNBLUE arrived, that the hosts requested for everyone not to scream so loud or the boys might be threatened but what’s so funny was when they arrived, Yonghwa even shouted ‘Make Some Noise!!!!!!’ so the entire mall screamed. HA! They were shocked to see that a lot of fans came to the presscon and maybe they never thought that they really have a super duper big fandom here in the Philippines. They were really thankful and were so happy to know that they’ve got a big following here and as a BOICE, I am proud of it. And with a lot of fans even coming from Korea, Vietnam and Singapore just to see them, I’m proud of these boys, too.

That was one of my wishes, to hear Yonghwa scream ‘Sorrrijilaaaa! Make some noise! Let me hear you scream!’, see hot Jonghyun play his guitar boldly, Minhyuk and his spinning drumsticks skills (woah!) and cute cute smile and Jungshin rap and sing!!!! And I know I’ll see a lot more of that on their concert day. The boys learned how to speak Tagalog in a few hours’ time (I think) even saying Mahal Kita (woah!).

I can't believe I already saw the boys that day, it was magic. I know the concert will be great! And Philippine BOICE will really enjoy it! CNBLUE definitely will enjoy their stay here and we BOICEs will make sure of that. 

Everyone showed their love by giving our leader a cake because it's his birthday this month (and Minhyuk too). But it's for Yonghwa for now. They took a photo w/ the cake and their fans and said 'well see you tomorrow!'. This is so fun. We will see you on your concert. Definitely.
