I’ve been a fan ever since and I must admit, I am an official member of the fan club (hello Boice!). My bias is Jung Yonghwa and I loved the band! ~ ok, enough spazzin’….

So these boys composed of Jung Yonghwa, Lee Jonghyun, Lee Jungshin and Kang Minhyuk, also known as CNBLUE, the South Korean pop rock band, will be swooning us all on their one night concert on June 15, 2013, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City.

CNBLUE stands for Code Name BLUE (B-Burning, L-Lovely, U-Untouchable, E-Emotional) and has their own fanbase for each of the group as well as a whole. I am personally a member of the Emotionals (Jung Yonghwa Ladies *_*) for Jung Yonghwa’s fan base and also a proud Boice as well.

The four has released albums consistently and has been topping off the charts, even recently. They also had several Asian tours as well as international (like just last year, they had a concert at the Nokia theater in L.A. w/ FT Island).

Now they are completing their Blue Moon Tour with stops at several countries including ours. The boys are not only musically talented but also have many endorsements and were also starred in a lot of Korean series.

One More Time... "My Everything Tour: Lee Min Ho Live"

Oh, I believed he loved his fans here from that fun meeting and is planning to return and now it will be his second time to hold an event here in Manila. Meet Lee Min Ho on his ‘My Everything Tour: Lee Min Ho Live’ show on July 6, 2013 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Lee Min Ho Fun Meet

I’ve been thinking about blogging this fun meet as one of the chapters on my fangirl series, but it takes time, hehehe. Why? Just because whenever I start typing, I keep playing these Lee Min Ho events over and over in my head and I’ll say, ‘let me blog this tomorrow instead’ – talk about daydreaming…

But I want to start this now. =) cool.

So who wouldn’t swoon over Gu Jun Pyo of one of the famous series BOF, and as one of those fans who loved their idols and k-actors, I should be there to meet him. They called it Fun Meet (name play for Fan Meet) because it will be a meeting w/ our Min Ho-sshi and his Filipino fans this time while havin’ fun, u know, interviews and games as such.

Lee Min Ho, one of Korea’s top actors (Boys Over Flowers, Perfect Match, City Hunter, Faith), surprised us being one of the Asian endorsers for the famous local clothing line, Bench. I’ll really give credit to Mr. Ben Chan for getting Korean idols and actors for his own clothing line (let’s remember SiHae from Super Junior and Nickhun of 2PM). This gives benefits to us fangirls, yesssss and we love him for that.

Lee Min Ho endorsed the Bench Fix line and Bench clothing particularly colored jeans. His flawless face and great body speaks up why he was chosen as the endorser. ‘Nuff said. ^_~ Bench had criteria in getting the tickets for the event and it was very affordable. Since I really wanted the nearest which is a patron ticket, but good heavens, the patron tickets are always (and I say, ALWAYS) sold out when I had the opportunity, me and my friend settled for the next ticket – lower box seats.

The Fun Meet took place at (well, my fave kpop place) Araneta Coliseum (cr: Happee, where all kpop meets and concerts started) last November 16, 2012. A lot of fangirls and fanboys lined up to watch this big event. Given we have lower box seats, it was still near! Oh! GREAT!

The event starts at 6:00 PM but fans are already lined up from the entrance all the way to… who knows. I never expected this turnout but since Min Ho had a lot of k-dramas dubbed by ABS-CBN, it is superb knowin’ he’s really famous even here.

The gates opened earlier than what was noted in the ticket because the line can’t make it anymore. It was all around Cubao already hehehe =). I know the power of kpop and Korean fandom when I’ve experienced one, so I’m not kidding.

The show started w/ a dance production, what more? It’s Psy’s Gangnam Style featuring Asi Taulava as well.

And I was just so happy it was Sam Oh who’ll interpret what Min Ho will say since Sam’s a Korean as well. I love hosts doubled as interpreters so it’s not confusing to watch. Though during the interview, I must admit, I can’t understand what Min is saying. One ~ screaming – of course, including me!... and Two ~ he was just sssoooo UBER handsome to stare at, like forever. LOL

Like I need to capture all angles.... so perfect!

He was amazed w/ the fans and the full dome supporting him.... oh that smile! SWOON!

I still got a lot of photos to show and maybe I can’t stop posting them here, but, dude, I need to stop now. HAHA!

It was really really fun. Very lucky fangirls whose tickets were selected (whew, I’m not that lucky enough) and came to the stage to really meet Min Ho face to face. OH. SWOON!~

The night is over and we really had fun! It was exceptional and rather heartbreaking especially when he said goodbye and he promised to come back.

Last thing, he requested to have his photo taken, turning his back to us and smile at his camera, so we’ll be included in his memorabilia photo. OHHH SWEET!

And that was really an exciting Fun Meet, Lee Min Ho! I hope we meet again one more time just like their Boys Over Flowers opening song ‘One More Time'. =)
